When can I expect to receive my order?
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be fulfilled - unless otherwise stated on product listing. Shipping time is based on USPS. Excludes pre-order.
Do you offer pre-order?
We occasionally offer pre-order on high demand items. Please do not expect your order for 3-5 weeks, due to sourcing new materials and production time. However, we work to get your orders out as soon as possible!
Will I know when my order ships?
Absolutely! You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Can I cancel my order?
All cancelation requests must be made asap. Once you've received the email stating your order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Can I change my order?
All changes to orders must be made asap. Once you've received the email stating your order has shipped, it can no longer be changed.

Can I change my shipping address?
To change your shipping address, please email the updated address to email@example.com. Please include your name + order number.
Once the order has been shipped, we can no longer change the address. You will need to contact USPS directly at 1-800-275-8777.
